VATS Solutions

21700 Cell Configuration: Adopted 21700 lithium cells with a 10S12P arrangement (4000mAh per cell), delivering superior energy density and consistent discharge performance.
Self-developed BMS: Integrated dedicated 48V BMS with RS485 communication function, enabling real-time transmission of SOC, SOH and temperature data.
Certification Support: Supplied complete test reports and technical documentation required for C-Tick certification, and provided full-process assistance throughout the certification application.

Project Outcomes

The product successfully passed C-Tick certification, ranking among the first batch of compliant products of its kind launched in Australian and New Zealand markets.
Within six months after launch, the brand secured a top-3 position in New Zealand’s outdoor power station market, with annual sales exceeding 20 million New Zealand Dollars.
