Production Line

VATS Battery operates advanced and highly efficient production lines designed to support large-scale manufacturing of lithium polymer batteries, lithium-ion batteries, and LiFePO4 battery packs. Established in 2011, the factory is equipped with modern battery production machinery, automated assembly lines, and comprehensive testing equipment to ensure stable quality and high output.

With continuous expansion, including the addition of a new factory in 2021, VATS Battery now achieves a daily production capacity of 500,000 battery units. The production lines cover the entire manufacturing process—from cell fabrication, lamination, and welding to protection board assembly and final pack integration.

Strict quality control procedures are implemented throughout all stages, with inspections conducted from sample development to mass production following ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards. Supported by a professional R&D team and experienced production staff, the factory is capable of handling customized battery solutions, flexible MOQs, and fast lead times.

OEM/ODM
