Honestly, it’s super tough to find a reliable supplier for ultra-thin batteries that actually live up to the spec sheet, but VATS BATTERY totally nailed it. We needed a custom 1mm lipo for our new IoT tracking device, and their team was amazing with the OEM customization—swapped in the exact JST connectors we needed without any hassle. The 180mAh capacity holds up great and the built-in PCM gives us peace of mind. Shipping to T.O. was surprisingly quick too, pretty impressive considering how crazy global logistics can be. You can tell these guys have a massive production capacity because the batch quality is incredibly consistent. Absolute game changer for our hardware startup, eh!
Ho ordinato la batteria lipo ultra sottile modello 014648 da VATS Power per i miei dispositivi medicali portatili, e sono pienamente soddisfatto! Lo spessore di 1 mm è perfetto per le custodie compatte che realizziamo, la capacità di 180mAh mantiene un’autonomia stabile senza cali di tensione durante l’utilizzo, il ciclo di ricarica arriva a 500 cicli come dichiarato, prestazioni superiori alle batterie cinesi che ho provato in passato.
Il servizio è fantastico: il team ha risposto subito a tutte le mie domande sulle personalizzazioni, ho scelto il connettore Molex come richiesto senza costi extra. Ho ordinato un campione prima della produzione di massa, arrivato in Italia in soli 4 giorni con imballaggio industriale conforme alle normative aeree internazionali, nessun danno alla merce.

Franchement, top ! On cherchait une batterie ultra-fine pour notre nouveau prototype de capteur médical et le modèle 084545 fait parfaitement le job. L'épaisseur de 0.8mm est respectée au millimètre près, super stable même lors des tests de charge en haute température. En plus, l'équipe a été super réactive pour adapter la longueur des fils selon nos besoins. Je recommande sans hésiter !
