Honestly, it’s a solid 10/15! Finding a reliable 10500 cell with a true 10C discharge rate for our custom power tool prototypes was a nightmare until we found VATS. The continuous discharge is super steady, and the capacity is exactly as advertised. What blew me away was their OEM service—we needed custom wiring and specific connectors, and their engineering team nailed it on the first try. If you're looking for custom high-drain lipo packs, these guys are the real deal.
Spot on service from start to finish. I was a bit skeptical about ordering overseas because we needed these 400mAh batteries urgently for a client's smart pen project.
